Unbelievable Air LLC was founded in Austin, TX by brothers Angel Resendiz and Mario Resendiz. Between us, we have over 25 years of combined HVAC experience — working on everything from single-family homes to large commercial systems across Central Texas. We know this work.
What we couldn't stand was watching the companies we worked for turn skilled technicians into salespeople. Quotas. Upsell targets. Commission structures that rewarded replacing systems that still had years of life in them. Customers calling for a repair and getting a pitch for a $15,000 replacement they didn't need.
So we went out on our own.
Unbelievable Air is built on one straightforward idea: diagnose it honestly, fix what's actually broken, and let the customer decide. If the system has life left in it, we'll tell you. If it's time to replace, we'll tell you that too — and explain exactly why, without the pressure tactics.
